From the Flight Line
to the Bottom Line
After serving in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller and ATC Instructor, Sherman Lewis stepped into entrepreneurship armed with the discipline and systems thinking that military service forged in him — and the blueprint that came from intentionally investing in himself through mentorship, coaching, and the right business networks.
What followed was the building of multiple companies spanning commercial cleaning, business coaching, and VA staffing — all grounded in the same principle: results require investment. No deposits, no withdrawals.
